Drum Clinics Georg has taken it upon himself to increase awareness of drumming in South Africa. One of his projects is to do free drum clinics at schools. He has had an incredible response from schools and already has several clinics lined up. Georg's first clinic held at Bordeaux Primary was a huge success. When Georg began he asked all the kids who play the drums to stand up, about 15 kids stood up. He then asked all the kids who want to play drums to stand up, every single child in the hall got on his feet. It was an incredible sight, it showed in an instant how powerful drumming can be. Drumming is an amazing visual stimulant. The moment Georg began his demonstration and he struck the first drum the kids went crazy, they could not get enough. The clapped hands and cheered, it was an incredible sight. We look forward to more of these school clinics held by Georg.
